Anyone have a phosphate checker?

I'd like to get a true reading of my phosphates can someone test my water for me with a Hanna meter or something similar? I'm gonna order a tds because they r cheap but can't afford the expensive Hanna meter!
Thanks for your help either western Nassau county or queens would work best!
