was wondering i have my old ro/di unit that has been sitting under my kitchen sink for 3 years now and i haven't used it. there is still water in it. was wondering is it still good to make water . it's an aquasafe 100gallons a day i also found another ro/di unit in my garage same unit .. is that any good as well ..

I'm no expert, but I'd suggest running it for a bit and then testing the water with a TDS meter.

There should be nothing wrong with the unit, but I'd give it a good scrub and probably change out all of the sediment & carbon cartridges. Then try running it and see if you get zero TDS. If so, you're probably good to go, if not, then you'd probably need to get a new membrane as well.
