there's vendors on this website that sells them that's as local as you might get, go to marketplace, vendor sales and get info directions etc....................

from my research, rapidled has the best prices on heatsinks, but if you need more size options, heatsinkusa.com has a lot more sizes available.
rapidled also sells LED's

If you really want to stay 'local', then you can try hitting up some audio shops because they typically put heatsinks on amps
