Acans lost color

I have no idea what the problem is. I bought these acans at the fall swap and they were an awesome red color when I bought them and now they are all turning brown. They grow pretty well, I got about 5 new heads in the last 2 months, but they lost all color. I spot feed them sometimes, I have halides over my tank, and my flow is a mag 7 return pump and 2 koralia 3's in a 90 gallon. They are kept lower in the tank so that my 10k halides aren't too much for them. All my other corals look fine, but I really want these to look nice, I loved the red color!

Now they are all just brown... How can I fix this?!

Hello. What is your phosphate and nitrate ? Loss of color on a coral is usually a sign from high nutrient or too much light.

I have 0 phosphate and nitrate. SPS doing well in this tank with good colors. I have them a bit shaded now and still bad coloring... Maybe i'll try to get them under a ledge more and see how that works.

I had the same thing happen to me. As soon as I started to do more and more SPS, my acan couldn't tolerate the higher light
