anyone know if this would work to measure lighting
seems like a good deal?

This one is no good. It needs to be able to read up to 50,000 candels. I believe that DR. Foster and Smith sells one, it's made by Milwaukee.

I have one buts its a lux meter so you have to convert into par
not hard at all
