Short Tentacle Plate Coral

Dr foster & Smith list as semi-aggressive.
How aggressive is it? I know it need to be on the sand, and is it true that they move on their own? if so how do they move? Does it have a strong sting? will alot of coral lose a fight with it?

I picked up a 2.5" one for $10 yesterday the color is so so, It was not kept in the best of conditions will they color up with better water and light conditions?

I have an orange plate never moves the long tentacle will move around I had one before and it was annoying I also feed my plate loves mysis

Are they a fast grower? it is on the brown side but had some purple tones do they take a long time to color up?
