Upside down long tentacle anemone??

This morning for some reason I found my anemone upside-down, should I help it? Part of it I on the glass.

Now it releasing something from it's foot?????? Someone please help!

put your hand in the tank and flip it over.

I tried but part of the foot is stuck on the glass.

if you want lightly pull it away and place it where you want it. you should be able to lightly push your finger under it and it will eventually peel off

leave it alone. its moving cause it aint happy. it will go where it wants. nothing u can do.

1+ leave it alone it will settle were it feel comfy even if u put it some were and its not happy it will move again

yea definetly not happy either with flow or light but b careful it dont start zappin corals

Ok thanks guys sadly it somehow ripped a hole in it's foot and later died. but thanks for all of the input.
