Hey guys. Ok well a week ago my clown fish got caught in my overflow. My tank setup is new so I didn't have the proper protection for the overflow. After the occurrence I added plastic egg-crate around overflow to prevent it ever happening again, as you can see in the picture. Well the day after, I noticed that one of the true percs had a little bruise/cut on its lip. I have 2 really small clowns. The other one is fine and is now hosting my Rbta. Well the inured clown is mouth doesn't close, and he's looking really bad. He looks really sad and I just don't know what to do. Im hearing that they might die after a trauma. Any suggestions?
Also I failed to mention, I added a third clown yesterday, ocellaris which is way bigger. He seems to be doing fine and was teaching the little ones to swim around my tank, finally. Then a couple of hours later the big clown and one of the little ones started swimming around together and left the injured one out. They casted him away dammit! Now the big one is solo swimming around, the small uninjured clown is hosting the Rbta, and the injured clown is all alone in the corner just floating vertically up and down and cant close his mouth... looks like he is about to go.
