Karman and Stan,

I saw the free 75 gallon tank and was about to jump all over it. I was even asking my family to take the ride with me. But I don't have a stand to accomdate the 75 : / and if I get a metal one it won't hide the equipment. Thanks though for the offer!!! . It is too tempting.

I know bro.

I was in the same situation as you just a few months ago.

Ended up building my own stand.

Just stick with what yah have. Save up and build an LED fixture you'll be much happier.

Albano,

What do you mean "overbuilt?" The stand is extremely strong and could support a 75 gallon, even a 90, but it isn't wide enough.

I would love a 450. When I have my own home I want to have a huge tank in the middle of my home and a room on each side of the tank. Almost like a courtyard effect.
