i am in the process of taking a break from reefing for few months i would like some input on my equipment should i keep my equipment so in the near future i can put my tank back up or sell everything and start over ???

everything tank/ stank/ light /sump/fuge /chiller/reactors/power heads ect everything the only thing is i was in the market for new skimmer and the stand dont matter i can always build a new one i am a carpenter

dubs, it depends on are the equipment pieces you have bad, good, great. If your not happy with the ones you have then I'd get rid of them, and look for better quality. IF it is within your wallets range.

everything that i have is perfect working order i took care of my equipment clean them on a normal so as far as working order i kool with that the only thing i proly change is the tank its not drill and would proly go custom 36x24x24 0r a 36x30x24 drill so that all the equipment i have right now would be perfect

I'd keep whatever equipment you have that would work well on the new tank and sell off anything you want to change or upgrade.

I took a break last year because of a planned move that fell through.

I sold everything I had an it was a huge mistake on my part.

Keep your stuff, you will only replace it in the future.

cost 2 to 3x to replace down the road, i use to sell extra equiptment off only to need it a couple months later, and worse case nothing like spare equipt to have

Yeah . Keep everything noe and then when your ready to set up just use what u need and sell the rest . My .02

I'd keep the sump and the chiller. Those tends to be the most expensive and can be used in any tank. I would also say pumps, but i'm not sure what kind of pumps you have.
