I also had a problem with them last week, I was promised my order would go out Monday and in fact they did not mail it till wednesday and due to holidays and weather i am still empty handed on my order. Will stick with Marine Depot

You should be home free with paypal, they are usually pretty quick at resolving issues like this.

they are the worst I bought a pump for my skimmer I spoke to them and the guy told me that it would ship out asap at the latest the next day it took about a week befor it shipped and to boot they did not send the pump in the photo I wanted a pump with 225gph they sent me a difftent pump 290gph and guess what the skimmer over flowed when I called they said that I should try the pump but if it touches the water they could not take it back ! I had to mod the pump to get it to work!
