Leaving feedback...no go?

I am trying to leave feedback for someone & I have been getting something strange for a few days now. I have left feedback before & think I am still doing it right?

Message is:
"Punctual! Came when he said he would. Great guy!"

In this section:
"A short comment:
visible to all"

Error message is as follows:
"The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message
to at least 10 characters."

Am I just doing something stupid?

I've been having problems leaving feedback also. I had a different error message, forget what it was already. But couldn't leave it for House! :bigeyes2:

It just requires you to type a short (10 character minimum) private message to the person you're leaving feedback for. Never had to do it in the past, but with the system upgrade it appears this is necessary.

There's a separate field to enter a comment which reads "Additional comments: Visible to buyer, seller and staff only". That's the field which Russ was referring to; it requires an entry of at least 10 characters.

All you have to do is enter another short message or the same one as the other message and it will go through. Just write something in the "short comment" section thats more than 10 characters and it will work.
