Then I think their is something stuck in your overfloe pipes, see if you can take the top piece off and look in, mabe a snail or some debri is stuck in the tubes
AND ONLY THE TOP PIECE YOU DON"T WANT A FLOOD

the piece you took off clean it very well make sure all the holes especiallythe top one are and nothing is blocking it then reinstall and see if that does it. use a toothpick for the top hole
