Any one here know how i can get ahold of rafal07013?? i have been trying to call him on his phone and left him countless e-mails but he does not return my calls or answer my e-mails. i need to get ahold of him its has to do with my led lights i sent him to be repaired.a cpl months ago any help in getting ahold of him would be fantastic. thanks

Any one ever have to deal with rafal07013 with there reeftech lights?? i bought some pacific sun lights from him 1 master and 2 slaves 160w, and the master's control board failed on me so i shipped the master light back to rafal almost 3 months ago and i am still trying to get my light back from him to no avail. has anyone here heard from him, that is a 1000.00 light i just want it back from him. i mean come on they had no problem taking my 3000.00 dollars from me i just want my repaired light back.

Wow I feel bad for you guys, it makes me want to go find this guy and handle the situation myself... And I'm not even the one in your shoes....

I remember I went to his house probably 3years ago for some corals, I believe he lived in Clifton if I am not mistaken...

I never liked or trusted him that is why I went with the AI's, they have stellar equipment and customer service. I believe he lives up the road from absoluty fish in Clifton.

If i were anyone looking to buy the reeftech lights i would be cautious very cautious, i know rafal07013 is part of the group of people that developed these lights and rafal was also part of the pacific sun led lights. the reason i would be cautious about purchasing the reeftech lights would be the warranty on these and actually getting your lights fixed in case of breakdown. i purchased 1 160 watt python and 2 slaves for over 3,000 dollars and the master controller broke down and i shipped it back to rafal07013 to repair it because light is under warranty and he never shipped it back to me, i actually shipped this light out to him in the beginning of august, he never answers my e-mails or his phone, so now i am out 1200.00 and my light and the 2 slaves are useless without the master unit. so "BEWARE" !!!!! PEOPLE when choosing reeftech lights, i think it is only fair for me to warn people about certain people that are involved with these lights and the reputation. i do know of 2 other people with the same issue as myself.

We got information about this thread from one of our customers.
Since September 2010 we are not cooperating with Mr. Niedzialek( rafal07013) - we stopped cooperation with him at this time.
Actually - we can support our customers directly - or via our USA resellers.
If anybody need any help - please contact with us - please dont do that by Mr. Niedzialek - because we cant take responsibility for his similar actions like that.

Wow it's about time someone came on for support with these fixture I was really considering selling mine. But anyways, would you be able to tell me how much warranty is left on my units I bought them from rafal less than a year ago and he said that they were 6 months old when I bought them

Hi,
Its depend from lamp model.
All lamps coming from XM series( BP XM, Metis XM, Pandora XM and also 8channel Metis Hyperion) have 3 years warranty.
All CRP have 2 years warranty - first 1W panels had 1 year of warranty.

I'd like to know how I will get my 160watt master python back from rafal who I sent that light to almost 4 months ago, and I know of 2 others that have not recieved there lights back from him from being repaired, my 2 slaves that I have are useless with there functions without the master unit, I paid over 3000 for theses lights, and now I own expensive lights that just turn on and off and have to run at 100 percent. Will you the pacific sun company be sending mr a brand new master to replace the one rafal never sent back to me'?????? Huh

I'll add this if you ( the pacific sun company ) sends me a new master unit to replace the one rafal still hasn't sent back to me. I will continue to be a pacific light loyal person who will probly buy and upgrade to your other lights. To me' that would show you are loyal to the ones that buy your product

I'm sorry to hear how you were treated.
We never get any lamps for service from this person/company(since we stopped cooperation with them - more than year ago).
Im convinced that there are ways you will can get your money back/lamp from him/RTL -maybe you should take legal action agains him/this company?
Unfortunately, I'm sorry - but we can not send you a new lamp - if you manage to recover your own, please contact us - we will offer you a favorable upgrade to the latest series of of lamps.
I hope that you understand it - and I hope that you will get your lamp/money back.

Has anyone that has not received there lights from rafal taken legal action against him?? i am form another state but i will be looking into it soon. if any one has PM me, i have been told i should be able to collect up to 3 times the amount i paid for my light in small claims court.

Bump this up..... Looking for someone that has taken legal action regarding these lights and rafal , I have no choice but to take legal action against him, I was told to contact my state attorney general
