I have a 5 stage system from Air, Water, Ice or whatever...it was purchased last March.

I usually made a full 5 gallons of RO water in about 3 hours. I noticed a couple of weeks ago that my system was taking a long time...as in a full 8 hours for a full 5 gallons. Now, with water turned on, I look at the third most distant chamber and the water line isnt moving up, its stuck with the chamber being filled only 3/4.....so obviously there is something obstructing the flow of water...I don't think my water pressure is the problem...any input, fellas?

but filters were changed in september

Is your prefilter pretty dark brown?
Try to reflash your system, open restrictor valve and DI bypas for 5 minutes this can help to eliminate air gap from your 1 micron carbon chsmber but if prefilter is stuck it won't help. If is 100 gph membrane you should get 4 gallons pure water in about one hour with pressure 65-70 psi. I'm getting 2,5 gph but my water pressure is only 32 psi ;)

Im having a similar problem but not as bad. Water took about 45 min to fill a 5g bucket and now its double that time. Anyone think its the cold water?

Wow, what kind of unit you have? and what is your supply pressure?
Of course it is possible to get 5 gallons in 45 minutes but with 150 gpd membrane and about 70 psi pressure I'm doing plumbing and know many buildings in manhattan has that pressure or even better when I'm installing booster pumps ;)
Lucky you, wish I have 50 psi...

Water temp played a big roll in water production from my typhoon rodi also made from a.w.I. It turned out that warming up the water so that it would produce quicker was actualy pulling in debris and rust from the boiler and I ended up with clogged filters after just 3 months !! It was taking me 3 days to fill a five gallon Poland spring bottle , normal full-time about 3 hrs , it helps to check the outgoing or dirty water line and see what the pressure looks like going down the drain , cause once it's slow , it's time to go for those filter cartridges , now I'm pumping rodi all day long and helping out a few others around my area.
