Whats wrong with the Site today????

For some reason in the top left I can only see the Reefberry and notifications. The PM part and unread threads are not showing up in the same box it is just blank. Am I the only one experiencing this?

I haven't spoken with the boss, but the site was totally down very early this morning and seems to have these issues since it returned. I don't think it is related to upgrades though, but it does appear to be system wide.
