VHO vs T5

Hello MR! I have been doing some research but I still need a lot of help in this area. Can someone please explain the differences between T5s and VHOs and why most people prefer T5s to VHO (aside from the obvious convenience in terms of size)? Thanks.

ok, well, T5's have better reflector technology, which makes them more efficient as far as light per watt. With the smaller diameter, you can put more of them closer together, so you can get more light within a given area.
