How many of you use a booster pump for your RO/DI?

I was curious to see how many of my fellow reefers use a water pressure booster pump on their RO/DI units and how you connected it?

Never had to use one. My pressure is 75psi goin thru my RO/DI unit!

I do. Aquatec 8800. 55psi without it... 90psi with it.

Tap -> Sediment Filter -> Booster Pump -> RODI

Keith I do as well. But it also performs a membrane flush as well.

I do, 20 psi without, and i adjust to 70 or so with.

aquatec8800. Without it I get like 30psi at the most. With it about 80. Such a great investment.

i do as well, my water pressure is 25psi without and 75psi with it, i use aquateck 8800.

I'm having issues with the pressure in my house lately, it use to be about 50psi now it's 35 so I ordered the 8800 and should be getting it next week. I have the BRS 75gpd 5 stage unit so I have to dismantle it in order to put the pump after the sediment filter because the first three stages are screwed to one another with a quarter inch coupling, I'll work on seperating the first to stages tonight and see if I can get the fittings at the depot tomorrow. Right now I'm lucky if I can produce 30 gallons a day.
