What paint is best for rust prevention on an metal saltwater stand?

have to use a metal stand for my 75 gallon. rustelouem did nt really prevent rust. any suggestions for paint, what about a marine paint?

marine paint would be best, but a good primer and rustolium

bring to a body shop and get power coated, cost alot but in the end run no rust even 6 years later

POR 15 will do it

start with a zinc primer, then covered by a two-part epoxy, especially if you're starting aat bare metal. Zinc primers will not perform well if there is moisture or surface rust on the steel.
