PC 11 Epoxy Paste

It ur fav noob and mine, me!
In today's noob of the day question, I'm trying to figure out if i can use this paste I bought, thinking it was the correct one.

it's waterproof, impermeable, marine and freshwater safe, and cures underwater.

what were you planning to use it for? your best bet would be to send the the guy on ebay a message to find out if it's safe to use on whatever it is your planning.

I just use aquamend from home depot. Pretty cheap and does the job. Been using it for years.

i want to use it for rockwork, and fixing frags into place.
i'm not sure if that vendor would even know if i could use it for that.
I already bought it, and am not sure if i could return it.
