*HELP* with PVC fitting for P/skimmer

Ok, I need to trim one more piece on my skimmer so it fits in my CC sump. The problem is the pvc pipe i need to trim is glued into the elbow. Any input on how I should get the pipe out of the elbow? I dont want to cut it, then have the rest be stuck in the elbow

if you cut it the pipe will be stuck in the slip elbow, only a SxS coupling can connect the two pipe parts. You can cut it in the middle so the coupling fits both sides so doesn't look longer than it already is.

ok, gona go to HD in a bit to check this out, hopefully the coupling isnt to long, cause i need to trim this pretty short
