I just filled my tank and I am running fresh water to test everything out. All is well except one issue. My feed to my fuge is outputting a ton of bubbles. The fuge is T'ed off of one of my returns with a ball valve so I can adjust the flow.
I have attached a picture to show the bubbles.
I have read that drilling a hole in the PVC above the water line helps give air a way to escape. Do you think that will fix this? How big should I make the hole?

Thanks in advance.

Try putting a filter sock on it if nothing else works
also seen people put a zip lock bag with cuts in the bag on the end of the pipe(bubbles get traped in bag)

I have the overflows going into a filter sock in my skimmer section and the bubbles do stay contained in the sock. I hadnn't thought about using one in my fuge as well.
All three ideas are good for sure. I definitely want to give rkaragozler's idea a try. I love making things like that. A sock is certainly a simple effective solution. I'll have to see if any local places stock a small sock with a drawstring. I think I have seen them somewhere. I can use that until I have time make the rkaragozler pipe.

+1 on that filter sock. You could also close the ball valve a little, you don't want a tremendous amount of flow through the fuge anyway.
