What skimmer for my 90g?

I am having a problem. I don't like my AquaC EV120. It's not that it doesn't skim well, it just goes through periods of shooting out microbubbles and overflowing in seconds. I have to readjust it almost every day. It's also pretty loud. I want a better skimmer!
So, what do you guys think I should get?
I was thinking about the SRO line and the SWC cone skimmers. Which would you guys choose?

Price range? Whats the bio load? Reef or fowlr?

SPS reef. 4 fish, 55g sump, 10g refugium.
Looking to keep it around $250-350.
