ESV 2Part Alk solid on bottle

edit+++ duhhh -i read the bottle and it says to dip in warm water..

i bought 2 gallons of esv 2 part a few days ago. i noticed that on the bottle gallon of the alk there is a solid chuck on the bottom. looks like if it was frozen. is this normal? is it okay to use? y does this happen?

yes u have to add ro water to it, make the water as warm as possible to help disolve it faster

Add the warmest water, then soak the container in a bucket of the warmest water possible. Take it out and shake it vigorously every now and then. When you finally stop hearing the sound of crystals rolling around, its fine.

Wait! Are we sure we are talking about the concentrate here? You only add water if you bought the concentrated formula. If not, then just soak the bottle in warm water.

no--i bought the regular one.. i did not add water into the bottle. i just soaked bottle and it worked. do these crystal on the bottom always occur?
