water filter o-rings

My water filters are leaking from the top o-rings. Anyone know where i can buy them locally on long island? I am not sure the brand, they are the clear filter housings I bought on line.

You can try HD, Lowe's or Ace Hardware, all carry RO products for the home and the O-rings are part of the accessory section.

DO bring your O-ring with you to try and match up the size.

Check with bulkreefsupply if its a basic 10" RO filter canister. They have replacement O rings as well as the O ring lubricant.

+1. I was at HD a week ago looking for a dual RO faucet and they have a section that has O rings. Mind you, they don't have much but bring your old ring for size verification.

Also when installing Orings NEVER use Vaseline as a lubricant. This is a petroleum product and will degrade Oring rubber.
