emerald crabs..or you can syphon them out.just make sure you dont pop the bubble

you can picked/pry them off the rocks and then net them...just as Duke said "don't pop them."

well today i got my self 2 emerald crabs. to get rid of the bubble algae. thansk to everyone for the addvice. little scared for my corals but here i go.. thanks ones again..

i have 2 heman emerald craps.there claws are bigger then a mans arm lol.they never touch the corals.just be aware they are not the quickest eaters so it may take some time before its gone

The algea does pop. The benefit of having the crabs is it will eat any new BA that pops up.

I find that the bigger emeralds that I've had are the only ones that will eat the bubble. I recently got 2 smaller ones and they never touched it.

If you get your phos and nitrates down way low will the bubble algae start to go away?
