Green algae on my sand bed

for some reason I have patches of green algae on my sand
phosphates .01
nitrates 0
ammonia 0
all water parameters are in check but what's causing this algae bloom
lights are 2 pacific sun led's never had this issue before and I didnt do any different in the tank but put an ATB cone skimmer, I am feeding the same change the RO filters and membrane hmmmm

green like hair algae green? if not it could be cyano...maybe things just grew and changed the way the water flows in your tank, so now you have a dead spot where before you had good flow?

Hey Jon no not hair algae it just sits on the sand bed and its not cyano I have 2 mp40w's one on each side and believe me theres a lot of flow in the tank lol
