Im looking to reestablish my reef tank. for those that dont know heres my story as Ive been gone for awhile. Ive had a reef tank for about 5 years now. During last summers heat wave my tank crashed. I had more things to worry about than the tank (ex. where to put my 1/2 yr old and 2 yr. old so they wouldnt sweat to death.) So I basically cooked my tank, at times the temp read 94 and that was with minimal light sched. This past weekend I almost broke down the tank and sold it all. Then i said f that i worked to hard and spent too much cash to throw it away. So igave it a nice cleaning and alls looking good. My question is since im basically starting all over, whats a reccomendation on a light system, id like to get into some more sps corals. ive got MAYBE 4bills to spend. my tank is a 55g. thanks and its good to be back!!
