camera suggestions?

i am looking to buy a camera to take some of those great close up pictures. i have ai led fixture. i am also looking to take pictures between 6 and 18" deep in the tank. if anyone has a setup for sale i would be interested or just suggestions on a set up in general. thanks.

I'm guessing you're looking for a dslr camera, Canon's eos rebel is pretty good for non professional dslr cameras. But Canon is also known as very top end. Nikon also make some very good ones to.

canon elos rebel t2 is a great beginners camera, if I remember correctly it comes with everything u need.

Nikon d3000 or d3100 are beginner dslrs. They come with 18-55 mm lens.

In the meantime until you get a camera that you want, you can stick a magnifying glass in front of your cell phone for some killer macro shots.

nice. ive been taking pics throught the bottom of my pint glass. i just keep refilling it
