Rena canister

I run a Rena canister xp4 on my 75gal what media can I put in it besides what it comes with?

I wouldn't use it at all for a reef. You have a FOWLR?

I have prizm protein skimmer and two koralia power heads one 1050 and one 1400 on a wave maker alternating ever 60 secs

if you clean it out constantly it's not a problem but i used to use one strictly for carbon or phosphate with no media rena makes very good canisters though
