esv salt mix portions

im doing a water change. Can't find the paper for the exact measurements can someone please post measurements for 5 gal bucket? thanks!

That's what I mix. I know it by heart.

1.5 cups of the big box (Sodium Chloride)
.5 cup magnesium sulfate
189 ml of A
95 ml of B

Don't know the mix by weight figures.
