how many of you keep spare wetsides ?

I am runnig two of them and have one spare for emergency.

Speaking from limited experience I think keeping a spare controller would be a good idea as well. Or are only the MP20 controllers prone to failure?

Well can i buy one from some one, i just bought a used mp40wes without testing first and wetside is bad! (sorry to thread jack) I can trade spare mp20 driver if someone needs one!

back to topic:
I will have a extra for this reason in future!

i learnt after my first wetside went, that it is something good to have especially if it is the obly powerhead in use

No spare wet sides for me, but I do keep some Koralias on hand in the event of a failure (knock wood).

+1 but i have 1 spare for 2 vortech's, this to me is the only downside to this pump. i try to rotate and clean 1 out each month

2 mp 40s on a 75 if one fails not a big deal to just run the other till it's fixed

No back up parts, but I have many small back up pumps that I could place in tank for when Murphy
makes an appearance
