Feeding???

hey was wondering what should i do...i feed once a day and i know its more then my fish can eat in 2-5 min i feed 4 different kinds of food which is cyclops-eeze,mysis,flakes,rods all different days of course but i notice yesterday towards the end of my MH light cycle my 4 anthais barletts (which i just got) looked more hungry should i try and feed like a moon light snack if so what is a good snack for the fish or should i just stick to my once a day like i have been doing????

LED: 12pm-10pm
T5: 1pm-9pm
MH: 2pm-8pm
Feeding time is 5pm

I think its better to try and feed several times a day in smaller amounts. That way the fish have enough to eat in one feeding but there isnt a bunch of stuff left to rot in the tank. Plus the fish get fed more often so they arent hungry for long periods of time.

To some extent it depends on the fish type. Some need a number of small feedings. They can probably all live with one feeding but may do better with multiple feedings.

it's is recommended that anthias are fed several times daily
