It was before dawn and i could barley see , i thought it was abig flatworm and was in a rush to catch it. after looking at it ... its really cool, its shell is like sandpaper.

its pretty big that ive never seen it before.

I was under the impression that while they are not neccesarily harmful, they are not beneficial. Is this an incorrect assumption? I had one too and I killed it.

IIRC, Reefcleaners.org suggested them for GHA. Unfortunately, mine died in transport, so I couldn't tell you if it was effective.
