Par 38 CF quit

My new Par 38 CF quit on me. I have had it lighting my fuge for the past month and tonight it won't turn on.
Anyone have any problems with these? It's the 6700 K compact fl with the built in reflector.
Also, anyone know where I can find a replacement locally in LI or NYC?

Did salt creep get into it? It can kill the bulb. Can't you just go to home depot?

It wasn't salt creep. I don't have much salt creep at all.
I'm not sure if home depot sells these bulbs. There is a bulb store downtown I'll look into Monday. I got this one online and it wasn't cheap.
