Need help drilling my tank, also plumbing it

Hey guys,
Just got a 40 gallon for a heck of a price, i am not that handy....but i am looking for someone to drill my tank, and help me up with the plumbing and creating a sump with a 20 gallon tank. I would be able to pay you for your time. I have alot to learn please help a newbie with drilling and setting up equipment. Thanks

Why drill when you can just get an overflow box? Probably a lot quicker to purchase one than to find someone that can drill. If you choose later you can get another 40g to drill.
