what wattage are the Two Icecap Ballasts support?

They are 120V AC 50/60 Hz
Model # PL-PAC-250-MH

Not long after I purchased them, I ended up breaking my tank down for an apartment move. When I got the tank going again, I went with LEDs so these ballasts are no longer needed.
