Heater messed up and cooked everything they had. So so sad. And then I think they had another set up and randomly spiked as well I believe?

Yes it was definitely sad to hear! I will be purchasing some stuff online as well.

Basically what happen was a heater, that was used to heat the water up fast, was left on over night. The heater was meant to be plugged into a controller, but in this case it wasn't. The next morning the tank felt like a hot bath. Unfortunately a mistake was made, which can happen when everyone is hurrying up to get things setup and done before it gets too late. As for the other tank, a larger Hammer coral crapped out over night, and left the tank cloudy and most of the corals closed. Todd & Brett didn't want to take a chance and sell corals that mayn't make it, so they decided to pack everything up instead.

Yea I defiently was bummed to hear what had happend after helpin them setup and haveing a chance to not only c but to buy gems from them aswell sucks because a lot of people missed out on great lookin pieces I know Brett and Todd will come back even stronger at the next swap

Here we are a day after the disaster

This was in fact operator error! For once we were early, unrushed and on point. Tons of help from everyone(thanks!!!!) moving in.

Our 500 watt titanium heater that we use to bring up temp in the water quickly was covered up by our little coral protectors. The heater was left right on top so we wouldn't miss it and well.........we missed it.

In our cube tank I believe the black gravel that we added somehow f'd with the water chemistry and seriously stressed alot of the coral. On the upside we were able to save 75% of that coral. First and last time we do anything different like that.

Many of our zoa's and Paly's looked decent as of last night but I have a feeling that alot will shake out in a bad way over the next few days.

Thanks to everyone who helped us move in and then move out so as not to disrupt a great event.
