I saw that a while back. Its a great video! I have 2 Pistols in my tank. Seperated of course. One morning at 6am I thought my son was in the living room shootin his nerf gun and woke me up! So I stormed into the living room only to find..... no one. It was one of my pistols snapping crazily at something!
Its amazing how loud it is through the water and tank from such a tiny creature.

So true... I made the mistake of putting one in the setup inside my bedroom without knowing how loud it really is :happysad: Fortunately I have grown quite fond of it and honestly it helps me sleep sometimes , especially when my dottyback goes around looking for trouble and finds the shrimp.

I have a tiger pistol shrimp paired with a yellow watchman. I have heard him many times in the middle of the night. They do this to warn other inhabitants to back off. It's pretty cool.

Possibly. From the videos I have watched on them they can be pretty lethal with that snap. It sends a shock wave and knocks what ever it shoots at out.
