Ah nice lucky I still have to bend down behind the tank and unplug my poor mans Koralias

hey i know, i have used hydors for the past 5 or so years. this year was the first time i saved up money and got an mp10es. and now i won the mp10Wes. so now i have to spend more money and upgrade my mp10es to a mp10Wes now to interact together. let me tell you, WELL worth the time saving money. im so happy i switched over. just took my last hydor out today to install the mp10Wes. im now hydor free:groupflip

Haha yes i was happy to win. Then again i did around a 1500 dollar order from saltwater critters before the swap so thats like 50 or so tickets lol. Yes I found how to sync in instructions. It's like second to last page or something. The page before all the mode settings

For me reef crest works the best. And while I', feeding I have both my mp10's connected to an extension and that to one of the outlets of reefkeeper lite. I hit standby on reefkeeper and both vortech turn off. When you turn them back on they remember the settings.

I personally have mine both on short pulse. But everyone loves reef crest/lagoon. What exactly does reef crest do?

And smog why do you turn yours on standby? Why not just feed mode?

It's just easier to hit one button on the reefkeeper. I have my ato pump connected to it as well so when I change water I hit standby and they all turn off.
The reef crest is the most random mode of them all, it increases/decreases flow it what seems a random pattern. Have anyone tried the wireless modes with two pumps?

Well, Im going to try it today for the wireless mp10wes in my 46g. After a few days I'll see how I think it compares to the dual short bursts.

Anyway...night time mode?canyon know about it? How to set it?

I have a MP20, I set my night time mode my holding down "set" and "mode" buttons at the same time, and let go when the light should flash in all kinds of different colors, and then hold on to "set" and "mode" again, until the indicator light turns into breathing white. Your Vortech will then run on nighttime mode for the next 8 hours

Thank you! Will try this tonight. Do you know, which I'm guessing yes, but if your running wireless it will do night time mode for both?
