Joining rocks? Epoxy? drilling?

so my tank is up and running and i have some spare live rock pieces that I would love to mount to the sides of some of my large live rock pieces for added platform places to add coral.

How can i do this?

Glue? prob wouldn't be strong enough right?

epoxy?


is there anything people can suggest that can be done inside the water? or should i just drill and rod it? kinda dont want to rod it because i really dont have any of the tools needed.

i usually drill and zip tie with epoxy, most of my structures are done this way

Drill and zip ties or drill and plastic rods... I never had good luck with epoxy...

i think ill try the drill and zip tie... thanks for the ideas!

i putthe epoxy between the rocks before i tighten the zip ties and rock has been like this for a couple years now
