tough to tell with all the blue, but for sure its a Nemateleotris decora or Nemateleotris helfrichi

Commonly known as a firefish.

If you paid around 50-100 for it, it's a helfrichi - if you paid 10-15, it's a purple. From the markings its looks more like an helfrichi
