Anyone have experiance with ecoxotic?

I ordered there 25 gallon rimless cube and stand through premium aquatics back on the 15th of this month and it still hasnt arrived. Premium has called them multiple times and sent them emails about shipping info, tracking number anything and no reply. Ive heard that they usually send the wrong items multiple times also. Any advice on how to contact these people?
