If you travel a lot it is a pain to explain to someone how to feed your tank so I always use this. It is just a small powerhead with a film container stuck to the outflow. The film container has some 1/4" holes in it and it is positioned in the water on the edge of the tank with the top of the container out of the water. Adjust it so that the water just comes out of the 6 or 7 holes and not over the top.
I just keep this contraption running on the front edge of the tank and I have pre mixed frozen food in the freezer. The person feeding the tank just drops in a cube of frozen food that I also have in film containers. It thaws in the film container on the powerhead and gets dispersed throughout the tank.
No guessing.

Thats the only picture I have. Just drill a hole in a film container of pill container and stick it on the outflow of a small powerhead and hang it on the rim of the tank so the rim of the container is above the water. Adjust the flow in the powerhead so it is slow and does not blow water out the top. You want the water and food to come out the holes in the container and blow throughout the tank.
I just mixed up some frozen mysis and pellets and am not freezing some live blackworms to put in small containers in the freezer so my wife just has to dump each pre measured container of food in the film container where it thaws and gets dispersed. I am not telling her there are worms in there or she won't do it.
On the one in the picture I had to glue gun a piece of acrylic to the top of that small powerhead because it does not have a bracket. Some of them have suction cups but the top oc the film container must be above the water so however you build it, that is how it has to be put together.
Build time, about 5 minutes.

Paul, you forgot to put...PATENT PENDING!!!!

My last two patents cost me over $40,000 already so I am finished with patents for a while. :dead1:
If anyone wants to make this and sell it, good luck with that.
