I have 5 fish, a yellow tang, 2 black saddleback clowns, a female bellus angel, and a purple firefish in a 140 gallon system/90 gallon display. I am thinking of adding a 6th and last fish, probably a wrasse, anthias or blenny of some sort. My question is, should I start feeding 2 cubes of PE mysis a day instead of 1 if I get another fish? My skimmer is a SWC160 cone and I do weekly 20g water changes. I am just worried that my new SPS which are doing great will start to look bad if I feed twice a day.

It depends on your feeding method. Are you rinsing and straining the mysis or just dumping cubes in? How quickly are your fish consuming what you feed? What are you supplementing the mysis feedings with?

Your sps would benefit from the particulate matter left in the water column from feeding, it's the declining water quality that might mean their demise. Choose carefully grasshopper.

I put the cubes in a bowl with tank water in it until they defrost, stir it up and then pour out as much water as possible. My fish eat all the food in less than a minute.
