Hey i got a Sunburst Anthias about a month ago. He started first 2 weeks hiding behind rocks. Next 2 weeks he only comes out when there is food. Now he hangs outside but within the vicinity of his cave.
I have noticed that he now has white markings by one of his eyes. Its not ich and it isnt cotton like. More like white sturdy straight markings. A few of them together parallel to each other.
Seems like a scratch that is now healing. Anyone else had fish heal or see a scar looking like this.
He eats and swims normal although he's very shy but thats their nature. No signs of anything else wrong.
