should i get coppersafe by Mardel, or cupramine by seachem.? i wanna get it right this time . NEver use ICk ATTCK or Herbal actives HARBTANA AGAIN

I like to use Copper Power, as it's pretty stronger and lets you use it at high dosage without worrying about over dosing it. Also, very important, you need to make sure you get a good test kit, as too low a level doesn't do anything and too high, can kill the fish.

This is so wrong, you need to test to make sure you're at the correct level. Part of testing is to make sure you're at the correct level, otherwise it doesn't work.

Yes even the Cupramine directions tell you to test.

Well first, yes, research on here, hundreds of ick treatment threads...

Second, You do mean in a qt tank correct? Seeing you did not state that?

Third, go buy cupramine and a copper test kit. Make sure you test, too little copper will be ineffective and too much could be deadly.
