I prefer the XM 10K bulbs withe the ARO electronic ballasts
I got them from hello lights

I got my VHO from Tony he has the ballast and bulbs can beat his price!

i see that they say the vho bulbs have internal refleactor. does this mean i do not need to buy a refleactor for these bulbs?

premium aquatics. has a vho kit with bulbs and endcapr and wiring for $218.00 and can up grade to a 660 ballast for $20.00 more.

hey frog man i was up at mtn creek monday. the mtn was dead but icey.

IMHO 400's are overkill for that tank
