fish dying need help

Hello my fellow salters i need some help i have two tanks one 125 gallon reef and one 90 gallon FOWLR the reef tank is doing excellent but the 90 gallon my fish keep dying except for my damsels and the intverts i have one cleaner shrimp, one black spiny urchin, a turbo snail, and one hermit crab. My levels are listed below please help.

Nitrites - 0 ppm
Nitrates - 5.0 ppm
Ammonia - 0 ppm
PH 8.4
Salinity 1.025
Calcium 420 ppm
KH 7
Magnesium 1240 ( a little low )

are the dying fish showing any signs of ich?

My Temp is steady around 75 and no signs of ich the last two fish to die were a tomato clown and before him a raccoon butterfly fish

by any chance do you have any pics of the fish, did the scales look like they were velvet

None yet i want to rehome my six line wrasse because he is too big in my for my reef but affraid he may die also its seems only the damsels are staying they have been in there for over two months now and the tank has been running for over 4 months and never started it with new water took water from my reef im confused help lol

i dont have any pics of the dead ones but i couldnt tell you by the time i saw them the hermit crab and urchin had already started to devour them

what was the last thing you added to the tank, (equipment, fish, rock, sand etc.)

the last thing was a tomato clown he lasted for about 4 days then he became urchin food

did you dip the tomato or qt him, it is possible he was carrying some sort of parasite, internal or external that you could not visually see
