it is i just purchased one myself last week i have the BM NAC5A skimmer rated from 80G to 135G i couldnt argue with the price on it too =)

Bubble Magus skimmers aren't bad for the price. Good performers. The Atman pump is what you have to watch out for. Lot's of people have no issues with them... lots of people have issues. They're not the most reliable or quiet, but they are cheap pumps.
